  • Spend time in nature. Go to a park, play in a field, fly a kite.
  • Swing on a swing set.
  • Watch a favorite childhood movie.
  • Read a favorite childhood book or try a new children’s book.
  • Consider adopting a pet for your inner child to play with.
  • Spend time with a child; indulge in play.
  • Buy your inner child a stuffed animal or toy.
  • Visit an amusement park or water park.
  • Make homemade cookies and decorate them
  • Allow your inner child to make a themed collage
  • Read children’s jokes on a joke website
  • If you visit a craft store you can find plates and mugs that you can decorate; create your own design and serve up your inner child’s favorite food or beverage.
